heat = go outside?

The last Sabbath afternoon of the school year...

This was my view out the back window as I was doing lunch dishes.

Since it was the first really hot day of the year, a big group of us headed to the River Park.

GQ'n it with the Blue Heron of peace...or something like that.
It was hot... but we made the best of it.

he he
Grace never did stand for such nonsense...but um, these pictures were her idea just so you know.
Desmond is so manly he won't even let Alex in the picture.

Ultimate frisbee. Did I mention it was oober hot?

Renee demonstrates the head catching technique. She's going to be Grace's roommate next year. Therefore I will be living with three Asians and one part Asian. Didn't know I had such an affinity, but hey they are all pretty great.

Nathan and I caught the frisbee at the same time. It was a beautiful moment but after the shock wore off the fight then followed.

The music crew.

what alumni do

Alumni was a great weekend to see an incredible amount of people in a short time. We're talkin a hundred in one day, or at least it seemed like it. My class actually had better attendance than the five year and probably almost the ten year.

After lunch a few of us that could still stay around headed up on the parkway.

I wish you could see the jump he's making... scary as at get out and landing on a 90 degree rock.

Desmond, Caleb, and Me, sitting up on the rocks yelling for Kevin and Rachel to jump in the cold mountain water.

Sarah, Me, Missy, and Adrienne.
Sarah and Missy were in the class above me and Adrienne is Desmond's girlfriend who will most likely be one of my housemates next year.

happy happy joy joy

Thursday was my last class and the last social work class for all of us Juniors. It was also our professors last class before he heads back into the army. He's putting together some sort of marriage counseling for the soldiers and has gotten extremely good reception from it. He's getting phone calls from top therapists and the pentagon and has been commissioned to run this huge program. We're all very proud to know him. Anyway, here's a video you may or may not enjoy of us all sitting at Sonic since we convinced our professor to take us as a farewell.
